All immunoassay products are manufactured under strict Good Manufacturing
Practice (GMP) conditions and are provided with Quality Control Certificates.

Disclaimer
Test kits are "For Investigational Use Only". Their
intended use has not yet been established. They are not for invitro diagnostic
use in the USA. We will be very happy to collaborate on investigational protocols
suited to evaluate performance parameters of kits selected
by our customers.
Guarantee
If our products do not meet your performance requirements,
please feel free to return them. A return authorization is required
by first contacting us. We will be happy to replace them for you at
no additional charge once we verify adequate quality control has been
performed by the customer. We will, therefore, require that our customers
observe storage requirements and expiration dates on labels. Returned
products used after expiration dates will not be accepted. We will also
be happy to assist in troubleshooting.

new product announcements - we have many in the pipeline. We will also
keep you on our contact list and send you periodic announcements. If
you do not see immunoassay products on our menu that you would like
to have soon, please inquire about date of availability. Requests for
custom production will be considered on a case by case basis. If we
cannot meet your needs, we will be happy to refer you to a quality supplier
in our network.
Purchase Orders
Please place orders by phone, fax, or e-mail. Standing
orders are encouraged. Volume discounts available on a case by case
basis. Custom orders are also considered on a case by case basis.
Terms
Net 30 days from shipment date. International payments
are to be made by certified check drawn against a US bank and payable
to Helica Biosystems. Wire transfers can also be made; we will be happy
to supply the required information.
Shipping
We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to locations
in continental US, Canada, and Mexico. Other international orders are
shipped Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. Shipping and handling charges
are added to each invoice. We endeavor to use the most cost effective
shipping agent.
Samples
We will be happy to send you small samples of products
you are interested in for half price.
Returns
Products to be returned require an authorization from
our technical service. Please see "Guarantee" above.
